kirrrin(이하 "개발자")은 Zero Hour: D-Day(이하 "앱")를 운영함에 있어 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 앱이 수집하는 정보, 그 사용 목적, 그리고 이용자의 권리에 대해 설명합니다.

kirrrin ("Developer") values user privacy and complies with applicable laws when operating Zero Hour: D-Day ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

2. 수집하는 개인정보 (Information We Collect)

This App does NOT collect or store any sensitive personal information (such as name, phone number, or email address) on external servers. All data entered in the App (D-Day dates, mood records, etc.) is stored locally on your device only.

2-1. 광고 관련 정보 수집 (Advertising Data Collection)

본 앱은 수익 창출을 위해 Google AdMob 광고 서비스를 사용합니다. 이와 관련하여 다음 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다:

• 기기 광고 식별자 (IDFA): 맞춤형 광고 제공을 위해 Apple의 광고 식별자를 수집할 수 있습니다.
• 광고 상호작용 데이터: 광고 노출 및 클릭에 대한 익명화된 데이터가 수집될 수 있습니다.
• 기기 정보: 기기 모델, OS 버전 등 광고 최적화를 위한 비식별 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다.

This App uses Google AdMob for advertising purposes. The following information may be collected: Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for personalized ads, anonymized ad interaction data (impressions and clicks), and non-identifying device information (device model, OS version) for ad optimization.

2-2. 앱 추적 투명성 (App Tracking Transparency)

iOS 14.5 이상의 기기에서는 Apple의 ATT(App Tracking Transparency) 프레임워크에 따라, IDFA 수집 전에 이용자의 명시적인 동의를 요청합니다. 이용자는 언제든지 기기의 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 추적에서 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다.

On devices running iOS 14.5 or later, the App will request your explicit consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting the IDFA. You can change this permission at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

3. 정보의 사용 목적 (How We Use Information)

• 앱 내 광고 게재 및 맞춤형 광고 제공
• 앱 성능 개선 및 사용자 경험 향상을 위한 익명 통계 분석

Collected information is used to display advertisements within the App, provide personalized ads, and analyze anonymous usage statistics to improve app performance and user experience.

4. 정보의 제3자 공유 (Third-Party Sharing)

수집된 광고 관련 정보는 광고 서비스 제공을 위해 Google (AdMob)에 전달될 수 있습니다. 그 외 제3자에게 이용자의 정보를 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제 (Data Retention & Deletion)

앱 내 모든 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되므로, 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 개발자의 서버에는 어떠한 이용자 데이터도 보관되지 않습니다.

All in-app data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App will automatically remove all associated data. No user data is retained on the Developer's servers.

6. 아동의 개인정보 보호 (Children's Privacy)

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 것을 발견할 경우, 즉시 삭제 조치를 취하겠습니다.

This App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

7. 이용자의 권리 (Your Rights)

이용자는 다음과 같은 권리를 가집니다:

• ATT 동의 철회를 통한 맞춤형 광고 수신 거부
• 앱 삭제를 통한 모든 로컬 데이터 삭제
• IDFA 재설정(설정 → 개인정보 보호 → Apple 광고)

You have the right to: opt out of personalized ads by revoking ATT consent; delete all local data by uninstalling the App; reset your IDFA via Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

본 개인정보 처리방침은 관련 법령의 변경이나 서비스 변경 사항을 반영하기 위해 수정될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable laws or services. Any changes will be communicated through in-app notices or this page.
